Sickle Cell Tennis Classic

Dear Friends and Tennis Supporters:

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Zeta Omega Chapter and the Pearls of Hope Foundation, Inc. welcome you to the thirty second  Annual Sickle Cell Tennis Classic. We  are pleased to be hosting the Classic again this year. We solicit your support and commitment which will allow us to continue supporting sickle cell research.

Our organizations will partner with Alfred I. duPont Hospital's sickle cell program and donate the funds raised through the Classic to this effort. Over $216,000 has been donated since the inception of the Tennis Classic. We are proud to be able, with your support, to assist a local sickle cell program. Although a cure has not been found, new therapy and heightened awareness of the disease continues to improve the maintenance of the condition for those affected by the disease.

We appreciate your support of amateur tennis in the Delaware Valley while supporting the fight against sickle cell disease. We wish you success and enjoyment during this year's event.
